3 Easy Steps to Our Online Counseling

Welcome to Credit.org's Online Counseling Program . Our online counseling program is approved by the Executive Office for U.S. Trustees to fulfill the requirements for your bankruptcy pre-petition counseling.

Once you finish the on-line course you must contact one of Credit.org’s certified credit counselors. There are two ways in which you will have the ability to complete your required review. If an agent is available via online chat, a chat window will appear and you can complete online. Otherwise please call our toll free number 1-888-425-3453 (Click here for our normal Hours of Operation). You will not receive a Certificate of Completion until you complete your counseling by calling 1-888-425-3453. Please call so your Certificate of Completion can be sent immediately! Note: the date and time of completion on your credit counseling certificate will be the date and approximate time you call in to complete your counseling. The date and time of the Certificate of Completion will not be the date and time you finish the online portion of the counseling requirement.

The fee to complete the online pre-petition bankruptcy counseling and receive a completion certificate is $45.00. The $45.00 fee is good for either a single filer or joint filers if both attend the same session. The fee may be waived in some cases. At the time of your program completion, you will be directed to call our office at 1-888-425-3453 to process payment, if applicable.
