To obtain your Bankruptcy Counseling session by telephone, please follow these three east steps:

Step 1: Call Credit.org at 1-888-425-3453.

Step 2: Pay $55.00 for the session, if your attorney hasn't already. In some cases, you may qualify to have your fee reduced or waived.

Step 3: The counselor will start the counseling session, on demand and will last up to 90 minutes, as required under the new bankruptcy law. A certificate of completion will be issued once the session is completed.
